Welcome to ABELuxury. These Billing Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "user", "you") and ABELuxury ("we", "us", "our") regarding your purchase of products and payment transactions on our website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Agreement
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

We urge you to contact our Customer Support team regarding any billing issues before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the user being banned from future purchases.
