1. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery times vary depending on your location. Here are our estimated shipping times:
United States: 3–14 business days.
United Kingdom & Europe: 5–15 business days.
Australia & New Zealand: 5–18 business days.
Rest of the World: 7–20 business days.
Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide! We have successfully shipped to over 40 countries, with our biggest customer bases in the USA, Europe, and Australia.
How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our [Track Order] page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Why is my tracking number not updating? Tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to become active in the carrier's system. If you don't see any updates after 48 hours, please contact us, and we will investigate.
2. Orders & Modifications
Can I change or cancel my order? You can request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@abeluxury.com with the subject line "CANCEL" or "CHANGE".
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do? Please contact us immediately! If the package has not left our facility, we can update the address. If the package has already been shipped, we are unable to reroute it. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important for EU/AU)
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
USA: Orders under $800 usually do not incur import duties.
EU & UK: Depending on your country's regulations, VAT and custom duties may apply upon arrival. These fees are not included in our prices (unless otherwise stated at checkout) and are the responsibility of the customer.
Australia: GST applies to most imported goods.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@abeluxury.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping? Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. Our store is built on Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information. We never see or store your credit card details.
